Photography
The first career I ever imagined for myself was photography. I began with film, learning to slow down and make each frame count. Since then, I’ve followed photography through its evolution into the digital age, both as an artist and a teacher. I’m inspired by the beauty we find in nature, architecture, art, and the everyday moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed.
That early training still shapes my work. I’m drawn to the textures of nature, the lines of architecture, and the character of the people and places in front of my lens.
Based in Westchester, I photograph throughout the tri-state area. I can provide still photography on its own or pair it with video production for a fuller set of visual content. Need images for a website, publication, video, or campaign? I can help.

I've enjoyed working with Laura, who's passionate, talented, creative, and personable. For example, she produced the following very well-done video on our Center for Advanced Technology and Communication in Health (CATCH). It was also fun appearing on an episode of her cool podcast Making Public Health Personal where she asked me a range of thought-provoking questions about AI.
As the director of a master's degree program and higher ed instructor, I counted on Laura's expertise to help ensure quality online organization management and instruction. Laura exceeded my expectations in every dimension, especially in the area of responsive customer service. Whether it was a complicated issue or a stupid question, Laura assisted quickly and effectively every time. Any organization would be fortunate to have Laura on its team.
